Chris Bauer

 American actor Mark Christopher Bauer was born on the 28th of October, 1966. His television roles include The Wire and Third Watch, True Blood, Survivor's Remorse and The Deuce. He also plays the lead role in the original Apple TV+ science fiction space drama series For All Mankind. He also has appeared on Broadway, in A Streetcar Named Desire, and has originated roles in plays by David Mamet, John Patrick Shanley and Jez Butterworth.Bauer has been a part of various television shows, including The Wire, as port-union boss Frank Sobotka. When he auditioned for his first role on Jimmy McNulty, he was rejected. He was also in Billy Crystal's film 61*, as New York Yankees player Bob Cerv. His appearances on television networks include a regular part in the role of Fred Yokas, husband of Officer Faith Yokas, on the NBC series Third Watch and as lead FBI Agent Dodd on the short-lived CBS series Smith and a priest on ABC's Life on Mars, and as Detective Lou Destefano in the original Sci-Fi channel mini-series The Lost Room. He was the voice of Lee Nickel on ESPN's Tilt in 2004. He was in the show's episode.
