Dakota Fanning

 Hannah Dakota Fanning (born February 23rd, 1994) is an American actress. Her character in Lucy Dawson, a drama film about a young girl named Sam (2001) was her first major role. She was awarded the Screen Actors Guild Award nomination for the role. This was her first nomination as the youngest in SAG history. Fanning was a well-known child actor in the movies Uptown Girls (2003, The Cat in the Hat (2004), War of the Worlds (2006), Dreamer (2006) and Coraline (2009). She also played the title character in Coraline (2009). In the decade of 2010, Fanning continued to appear in independent productions like the dramatics Now Is Good (2012), Night Moves (2013), as well as the comedy-drama Very Good Girls (2013). In 2018, she was a part in the comedy about heists Ocean's 8 and had a leading role in the period drama series The Alienist.
