Daniela Ruah

 Daniela Sofia Korn Ruah, born December 2 1983 is an American actress and director. She is most well-known for her performance as NCIS Special Agent Kensi Bilye in CBS's police procedural show NCIS Los Angeles. She made her acting debut at the age of 16, when she played Sara on the soap opera Jardins Proibidos ("Forbidden Gardens").Ruah said that she was raised in a home that was equally Sephardic and Ashkenazi and her father is of Portuguese-Jewish ancestry, and her mother's Jewish roots are in Russia, Ukraine and Portugal. She is a dual citizen of Portuguese as well as American citizenship.On January 8 2018 it was announced that Ruah would co-host the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 in Lisbon, Portugal alongside Catarina Furtado, Silvia Alberto and Filomena Cautela. Her father is of Portuguese-Jewish descent, and her mother's Jewish roots lie in Russia, Ukraine and Portugal.She has both Portuguese as well as American citizenship.
