Radric Delantic, born February 12th, 1980, is an American rapper from the United States. The rapper is known as Gucci Mane. He was instrumental in the development of the hip hop subgenre trap music with fellow Atlanta rappers T.I. Particularly, Young Jeezy and Gucci Mane in the 2000s. Gucci Mane made his debut in 2005 with Trap House. His second album Hard to Kill followed in 2006. His third studio album Back to the Trap House was released in 2007. After a string a of critically and commercially successful mixtape releases in 2009, Gucci Mane released his fourth studio album, The State vs. Radric Davis, his first gold-certified album. After being in prison between 2014 and 2016, Gucci Mane re-emerged with a variety of retail releases which included Everybody Looking (2016). The album was praised by reviewers. Gucci Mane's collaboration in 2016 with Rae Sremmurd was titled "Black Beatles". It was his first number one track on the US Billboard Hot 100 charts.
