Jennifer Hudson

 Jennifer Kate Hudson, also known as J.Hud (born on September 12, 1981), is an American actress singer, performer, and talk-show host. She has won numerous awards for her contributions to film, television theatre, and recording songs throughout her professional career. Hudson became the youngest woman and second woman from Africa to receive all four most important American entertainment awards, which include Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony (EGOT). In 2013, she was presented with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Time declared her one of the top 100 influential people around the globe in 2020.Hudson gained notoriety in 2004 when she was she was a finalist in the third season of American Idol, placing seventh. Her first film appearance was in the role of Effie White in the musical Dreamgirls (2006) which for which she won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress and became the youngest African-American winner in a category for acting competition. Hudson signed to Arista Records in 2008 and released her first studio album entitled "Hunter", which was certified Gold in the US, UK and won the Grammy Award as Best R&B Album.
