American actress Rebecca Alie O'Connell (nee Romijn/roh-MAYN) was born November 6, 1972. She was also a model. Her roles include Mystique (2000-2006), Joan (2004, both based on Marvel Comics), and Number One (2019, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds). In addition, she has had a recurring role as Alexis Meade on the television show Ugly Betty. Other roles she has appeared in includes Eve Baird in TNT's series The Librarians as well as Lois Lane in DC Animated Movie Universe. Her mother is American with Dutch and English origins. Her mother met Rebecca's father as a teenager while living in the Netherlands through a student exchange program.
