Sean Patrick Hannity, born December 30, 1961, is an American talk-show host and conservative commentator, as well as an author, and journalist. Hannity is the host of The Sean Hannity Show on national radio. Hannity also hosts a Fox News commentary program called Hannity. Hannity was a general contractor prior to his becoming a volunteer host of talk shows at UC Santa Barbara. Later, he became a part of WVNN in Athens, Alabama and shortly afterward, WGST in Atlanta. He worked for WABC in New York from 2012 to 2013, after he left WGST. Hannity is currently working for WOR since the year 2014. Hannity and Alan Colmes have hosted Hannity & Colmes, Fox, since 1996. After Colmes announced his departure in January 2008, Hannity combined the Hannity & Colmes show to create Hannity.Hannity has been awarded numerous honors and awards and honorary degrees, including one from Liberty University. He has written three New York Times best-selling books entitled: Let Freedom Ring: Winning the War of Liberty over Liberalism as well as Deliver Us from Evil and Defending Terrorism, Despotism, and Liberalism as well as Conservative Victory:
