Anna Kay Faris (/'faerIs/;born November 29th in 1976) is an American actress. Her funny roles in comedy are the reason she became famous particularly in the role of Cindy Campbell (2000-2006). She was in a number of films, including The Hot Chick (2002), May (2002), Lost in Translation (2003), Brokeback Mountain (2005), Just Friends (2005), My Super Ex-Girlfriend (2006), Smiley Face (2007), The House Bunny (2008) The House Bunny (2008), The House Bunny (2008), What's Your Number? (2011), The Dictator (2012) and Overboard (2018). Faris was also in the final season of the show on NBC, Friends (2004). The actress was also featured on the CBS sitcom, Mom (2013-2020). Faris has voiced roles in the films Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs (1993-2013), Alvin and the Chipmunks (1909-2015) and The Emoji Movie (2017). Her memoir of the same title was also released in 2017.
