Bojana Novakovic

 Bojana Novakovic is an Australian-Serbian actress. Her role as Det is among her most well-known roles. Lizzie Needham on the drama television series Instinct (2017-2018).Novakovic's film roles include Drag Me to Hell (2009), Edge of Darkness (2010), Devil (2010), Generation Um... (2012), The Little Death (2014), I, Tonya (2017), and Birds of Prey (2020).Novakovic was born in Belgrade, SR Serbia, SFR Yugoslavia, to Serbian parents. Her younger sister, Valentina Novakovic, is also an actress. She moved to Australia in 1988 at the age of seven and was initially keen on becoming medical doctor or social worker However, she changed her mind and decided to pursue a career in performing arts. Novakovic attended The McDonald College in Sydney. In 2003, she portrayed Randa in ABC's mini-series Marking Time. This role earned her an AFI Award as "Best Actress for a Leading Role on an AFI-awarded Television Drama or Comedy". Novakovic is an actress who has appeared in movies in Australia including Blackrock (1996). She was also named dux in 1999. In 2002, Novakovic graduated the National Institute of Dramatic Art.
