Donald Edmond Wahlberg Jr. was born on August 17, 1969. He is an American musician, singer, actor and record producer. He is the co-founder of the boy group New Kids on the Block. He has appeared in a variety of films including Saw, Zookeeper and Dreamcatcher. In addition to music, he also appeared in The Sixth Sense and Righteous Kill as well as Ransom. In 2002 to 2003, he played Carwood Lipton on Boomtown which was a crime-drama. He has starred in the drama series Blue Bloods as Danny Reagan since 2010, and, since 2014, is an executive producer of the TNT reality show Boston's Finest. The show received nominations for Choice Scream at the 2006 Teen Choice Awards for his involvement in the Saw films. He also produced and starred in Rock This Boat, Donnie Loves Jenny and Return of the Mac (Pop TV). He also acted and produced in Wahlburgers on A&E TV.He is the brother of actor-singer Mark Wahlberg.
